Spent Xmas at this hotel and loved the traditional Xmas decorations. the hotel offered a lovely selection of local wine and food, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the natural park and taking in the fresh air. the spa facilities were top, notch and the pool was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. the rooms were also very spacious and comfortable.

The communication with the staff was difficult at times due to language barriers. the food was good but not exceptional and lacked variety.

The surroundings were breathtaking, with easy access to the beautiful park, making it perfect for outdoor activities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the local food, which was delicious and offered a true taste of the region. the pool and sauna were refreshing after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing and lacked variety. It would have been nice if it was served later, as we found it hard to get up for the early start.

Rusenski Lom park - A natural wonder! Huge, clean rooms. Warm pool, great spa facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a beautiful national park. the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean, comfortable with lovely views of the surrounding nature. the restaurant serves delicious, local food with excellent value. the pool and sauna are perfect after a day of outdoor activities. the hotel is ideally located for exploring the local rock churches and Cheven fortress. It's also a great base for hikes through the stunning river gorge and lovely villages.

The breakfast could benefit from more variety.
